Digital photos are delivered immediately after payment, so please review the preview, game, and jersey details before buying.

WHEN WE HELP

Contact Piclete if a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its preview, or delivered to the wrong order. We can replace the file or issue a refund after review.

DISPUTES

For unauthorized charges, contact us promptly and notify your card provider. Piclete reconciles refunds and disputes with the photographer’s connected payout so the marketplace record stays accurate.

Use the report link on a gallery for rights or privacy concerns. For order problems, use the order number and checkout email from your receipt when contacting support.
